Celebrating Sri Lanka’s 77th Anniversary of Independence in Auckland, New Zealand

High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to New Zealand, Prasanna Gamage, attended the celebration of the 77th Anniversary of Sri Lanka’s Independence organized by the Sri Lankan community in Auckland on 8th February 2025.

The event was a splendid reflection of Sri Lanka’s rich heritage, unity, and the strong bond shared by the Sri Lankans in New Zealand. High Commissioner Gamage commended the community’s dedication to preserving Sri Lankan culture and enhancing goodwill between Sri Lanka and New Zealand.
